My first flat plan is very similar to Cosmopolitans contents, i like this it has a lot of space for images and something happeneing everywhere. I also think the space on that first flan plan for a advertisement is good as it will be a way to show my genre a bit more and have a magazine touch as they have a lot of advertisements in them. My second flat plan is very similar to NME, i also like this one but it feels very formal and set out, i think if it had a bit of edge and a bit of messiness about it would feel a lot more like a female chatty magazine. My third contents page is like MOJO. I like this as the large image will give me a good oppertunity to show of my photography that i am aiming to get throughtout my magazine, good for my fashion part i am wanting to achieve.
This is good. A few comments again and then proceed to your final design. You should again talk us through the choice of your final design and present it like you have your front cover.
ReplyDeleteThis blog is coming along very well. Your audience research needs a bit more and there are things to do to improve it further (see comments) but thi is an excellent start. Take action on the comments and keep this rate of work up and I expect a good grade at the end.
It strikes me that photography work is going to be very important so you have to hae high quality images for your magazine. Nake sure you plan for this when we are doing photography. Well done.
